I'm not a big fan of solid state, but if I owned solids state it would be Constellation.

It’s smoother and sweeter than my CJ ART monos and the SIT5’s. It has great bass grip and dynamics due to the SMPS. It doesn’t weigh a lot —> 55 pounds. Definitely plays to its power rating too. Overall? REALLY impressed.
I’ll report back after I get more hours on it. But so far the first two nights of listening have been

Is this amp Class D? I am sorry, I don’t really know the power supply tech/jargon. The weight suggests it doesn’t have miles of copper in a toroidal transformer…

Nope nope, class AB, but it has a SMPS, like Soulution.

Interesting. Must contain new tech to address any issues with SMPS or it would seemed to have been done by everybody long ago. Weight savings alone is a huge benefit. I would also guess they are cheaper than miles if copper wire…
