So I've added a few final touches to my system of late. First, added a second Devialet 200 to make it a dual mono D400. Second, switched my speaker cable to Nordost Heimdall 2. Third, added the Torus power conditioner. And lastly, add Sort Fut vibration footers to my speakers. Not quite done, done as I am upgrading my PMC Fact 8s to Fact 12s but they are back ordered so I'm waiting...

And to take things up just a notch more, Devialet just released the SAM file for the PMC Fact 8s. I will be trying that out tomorrow!!! Good times!

A lovely looking system & by description sounding better everyday. Congrats.

But the 12s have 3 sets of posts. I don't like the wire nest that creates. Lol.

Thank you. I "hoping" to get the 12s mid Jan but the dealer keeps moving the date out so we'll see... I got the same finish, the tiger ebony. I considered the white finish which is stunning, but since this is going to be a long term piece I thought the wood finish was the safer bet.
 
Beautiful setup Jax! Would love to hear it. The tiger ebony is a nice call. I totally agree for a long term solution it's a better choice than the white. Those footers you're using are interesting...have to check them out.

The cabinets were a relatively inexpensive purchase. They came flat packed like something from ikea. I purchased them at wayfare.com but I don't remember the brand I'm afraid. I added the granite tops myself to dress them up. The tops also made them more rigid from the extra weight. I purchased these so I could have a clean look with the gear mostly hidden because I use this room for home theater as well. The home theater system is a modest marantz/KEF setup that is entirely independent of the 2 channel system. The home theater gear is in the left hand cabinet and my beloved 2 channel system is in the right hand cabinet.
