I have to tell you guys, I listened to a lot of great gear today. I went from 9am to 5pm - no lunch, no pee break, no time!

But what I heard at the LA Audio room stopped me in my tracks. Their 845 amps paired with their new preamp and tubed CD player was pure magic. I had to pry myself away from the room after 45 minutes.

I'm uploading over 500 photos now. You will definitely see them in the mix.

Oh, and their gear is reasonably priced.

$9000/pair for the amps
$2500 for preamp (has built in DAC)
$2450 for CD player (tubed)

They've been in business for over 20 years too.

The speakers and cabling was Acoustic Zen. The synergy between the whole system was world world world class at a reasonable price.

Personal note -> If I was over there myself not only I would take beautiful pictures but I would also have some portable pro recording machine and mics to record to best music playing.

Thank you - I really enjoy my music. I'm a proud owner of the AF-1 along with the first Elite arm, game changer for me. I had Bob pack it up Sat evening at the Taves Show and setup at my place Sun morning - actually Bob specifically brought it to TO for me.

Other pces are Esoteric K-01, MD 109T, Burmester 100 phono

You have a BEST system I ever seen and you don't have to worry about any audio show coz obviously you have better system. Man I can't imagine how they sound likes ...Enjoy it in great health.

Bob - its quieter than normal due to flight cancellations and such - but it's still insanely busy. It's the best for me because I am spending 100% of my time on audio instead of in previous years where it was more general computer tech for my other businesses.

I am recording lots of video, coming up with good ideas for the site, and meeting some wonderful people. Oh yeah, and hearing lots of great gear!

Yes, it's petty amazing and puts a big :) on my face.

I have a pair of these "EA MM3" also sitting in their crates, working on a designated room to put them in - different flavor

Dev - Kevin & Co. are putting on a fabulous show. The VAC gear sounds superb. I'm sure glad I have a piece of the action with my phi200's.

Thanks :) but really nothing is the BEST - just offer different flavors so I have found. In the end it's all about the music and how it moves you.

That is what I noticed on all the pics; mainly one or two people listening in each room. ... I love that, immensely!
That, is exactly my type of audio show: Relaxing and Enjoying the Music playing.
This is the first time ever that I look at many pictures and that I feel totally at ease. It is reinvigorating and tres inviting.
I truly want to be there and sit in the sweet chair. :) ...With lots of money in my bank accounts! :D

Yes 70X5FD 3D LCD, this was the joint venture project that was 2.5 years with Pioneer & Sharp engineers to build the BEST in the world with out any economic constraints. Marvellous picture :) but I still had it calibrated which just took it to the next level
