Well, I was not familiar with the tech, but it seemed the same as your original picture in the tweeter review post you made.

On another note, have you seen how many brands now use the Heil tweeter:

I'm sure there are more because it seems to be a state-of-the-art tweeter (very hush-hush, top-notch).
...I want a couple of them at the very least, if not all eleven of them for HT duties!

* I've seen variations of it in speakers like from Emotiva higher end; but it cannot be the Heil tweeter!?!

Thanks for pointing that out Mike. I'd only seen one slide show yesterday. Incredible what you have seen and heard. I am tired only going through the slide shows. You must be exhausted...
What a pity Audionet demoed with TAD. That is a missed chance of bringing their suburb sound quality to the CES audience. Second miss after the Blades imo :skeptical:
What did you think of the new T+A amps?
And what about the Greek Ypsilion amps? According to Audio one of the very best around.

Agreed re: TAD. The T+A sounded good, but I'm not a fan of the looks. The Ypsilon amps sounded exceptionally good. Very musical.

I love the T+A stuff, I like the looks a lot !!

The T&A is a very distinctive look. It might be a look that I'll learn to like with time but so far it comes up short. It's craftsmanship is great.
