Cable recommendations for Conrad Johnson gear ...

Joe,

Pretty much all top cables sound good with the cj products and just bring out different attributes of the system. Kubala-Sosna, MIT, Transparent, Skogrand, Waveform Fidelity, etc., have all worked here. About the only ones that don't are bright or edgy cables. But then again, what system do bright or edgy cables work in? Can't comment on the Nordost since haven't heard the latest generation.

Thank you Myles. That is good common sense and I realize each has their own signature. I'm getting some demos lined up. I'll report back when I have an idea of where I'm going.

I've been using Audience AU24e's all around. Great neutral sound, thin diameter, and relatively flexible. Pricing has gone up the last few years, but can usually find online deals for used/demo's. They've also fared very well in cable shootouts at our local audiophile society.

Yep. Doesn't matter what I or anyone else likes. You have to hear the cables for yourself. :)

A friend loaned me the Audience speaker cables. I really liked them so they are in the running.

Totally agree.

If you looking to have a faster and dynamic sound, combined with an incredible silent background, to bring out even the smallest details.....
I strongly recommend the interconnect cable Viero Cables Equilibrio Level 3..... just try and enjoy.... ;)
