I hate to admit it - but power cords do make a difference. Razzin' frazzin' voodoo! I tried my Ansuz D vs TaraLabs vs Shunyata HC and the Ansuz sounded best on the Hegel.

Paul, no, the room is a shocker. Its square & has a floating substructure on the second floor. The house is for sale so am doing nothing with it. Will wait until i end up somewhere more permanent & then "BOOM" all over again.

Presently settled on an Audience AU24 loom. Previous mixes included MIT, Cardas GR, and a few other individual parts. Each mixture had its own flavor, but my present equipment has a nice system synergy using Audience power conditioning, PowerCords, and the AU24e SC and IC. Only other wire is the Origin Live integrated tonearm cable.
