Best SET (300B, 845)?

I know Kondo, Shindo, Nagra, Air Tight, Audio Carissa, but...

What is for you the best SET amp?

Only sources, the LP12SE and a MD MD106T.

Your systems are awesome!
We can't import Shindo in EC for ecologist purposes (lead inside I think)

I fell in love with the LV OBX-RW! (and sold the BW 802)
Now listening Bill Evans Paris session°2..

Its almost 11pm and perfect timing for such delicate and airy music.

Weight loss

Have them all except wight loss LOL
 
Best solution is probably to sell them or maybe give them to somebody I know isn't sensitive to lead...

jlv - What about WAVAC?
 
Audion Black Shadows would be my choice and I prefer them to the Shindos- and they are local for the OP. Simple design with excellent trannies.

I'm not a big 300B fan, but would like to hear that Wavac EC300B Mike mentioned- its pretty pricy though.
 
I'd love to hear the Wavac or the Shindo 300b. Shindo does have lead and is not rohs compliant., so no more authorized euro sales.

My time with the Allnic 300b integrated soured me on the brand, so based on that alone I'd be inclined to look elsewhere.

I've had a lot of low price SET amps (Welborne DRD 45, wright sound 2a3, Welborne 2a3 Moondogs, Kevin Kennedy's single ended 300b, Sophia 300b, Kurashima 45 and I'm sure I'm forgetting a bunch), and that was FUN. I'm enjoying my SET Shindo Lafon gm70 currently. I'd love to have another pair of Moondogs though.
