Reds and Whites are down since Covid, but still have stock of Sauternes. That's the beauty of Sauternes, they last for the long haul.

Aren’t the pictures reversed? I read that drinking is up with the stay at home rules.

Precisely. That’s a picture of my bar before and after. Drinking is up; my inventory has gone down.

Sauternes... ! Chateau D’Yquem?!

Very nice Mike.
In our home when we refer to vintage, it generally is referring to the day of the it came into the house.

The liquor store by my house has experienced a 350% increase in sales. Our friends run a brewery down the road, and they ran out of beer yesterday. ... nothing else to do now days but drink and listen to music

I would have drank the Grey Goose first and left the rest for others when they could enter my home :D

I was actually surprised that nobody touched the Grey Goose. Maybe the problem is that it was not open and for some reason folks don’t like to touch it.
Also, I did have a few bottles of Tito’s which went quickly (vodka tonics primarily). Vodka seems to be the most popular when folks come over.

My go-to liquor are Mezcal, scotch, sipping tequila, and Japanese whisky. But of course sometimes you feel like something different. [emoji51]

I listened to a segment on Fox Business News this morning and they were talking about alcohol consumption.

If you include the loss of sales due to restaurants being closed total alcohol sales are only up 2%.

I guess i'm doing better than I thought. None of you need to burst my bubble either. :)

Good news on the vaccine front with Moderna joining Pfizer !

My money is on Pfizer though, after all they created Viagra. So if they can 'raise' the dead they should be able to protect the living ..........
