The Verity Otello transport you to the venue of the recording. Very impressive. You can’t believe all that sound is coming from these diminutive speakers.

Listening to the Nutcracker Suite with Kronos, VAC Statement and Von Schweikert. I’m just swept away. Best sound I’ve ever heard at an Audio Show. It’s like sitting at the Philharmonic. Nothing else is close IMHO. On a different planet from last year.

Nope.

Wow! That’s just ridiculous! (Of course, that is my opinion).
How can anyone trying to market a new line of speakers neglect exhibiting on a show like this makes no sense. Quite frankly my opinion of Magnepan just went down a few notches.

Magnepan has the 3.7’s on display. I asked about the 30.7’s and they said the hotel room was too small even for the 3.7’s. They would have needed a much larger space, like a small ballroom or something, to demo the 30.7’s.
