Are you happy with your current set up?

Just curious how much are you satisfied with your current set up ?

100% - I'm done . Won't change my gears for a long time.

95% - Almost there but will change one or another time to time.

80% - I'm pretty much done with system maybe add one or two more gears down the road.

60% - I like what I'm hearing but will change my speakers or amp very soon.

50% - I don't care what I have I will keep change my gears it's my passion.

25% - darn...why everyone else has a better than mine .

0% - I just hate my system.

80% for me - very close to being "there" for a long time, with an upgrade in the TT area and a tweak or two still to come.
 
I'm in the 50% category for sure! :)

People that don't swap gear don't understand those that do and visa-versa.
 
I always hear a lot of talk about "is it about the music, or the gear?" I think if you love this hobby it's about both. I don't listen to the same music all the time and I certainly won't listen to the same gear forever. There is just so much great gear out there at different price points that as enthusiasts why should we limit ourselves to one particular system until the end of our days?

Do we eat the same food and wear the same clothes everyday? :)

btw...I'm at about 80% right now. Until the next change happens... :snicker:
 
Looks like I am 60% member. I like swapping gear, but I am not as quick as Mike.

I'm with you . 95 %... my problem is I'm happy where I am but I get this itch feeling every 3 months. Only soulution is buy something relate to electronics and the itch goes away for a while....sigh.
 
I am just hoping to have to add things (source/DAC; Power Supply(ies)) but not make changes, for a while.
 
95% - very happy where I am, but I have too many audio friends who like to bring things over to try out. So there's always something that changes from year to year, like a cable here or there, or an NOS tube swap, or some tweaky footer thing. The biggies are all pretty stable though.
 
99.99% done.

I'm thrilled with my system, but you never know what interesting device might come down the pike.

Listening is more fun than switching.

I'm at 60/65%. Like what I hear, but unfortunately I've heard better. It's created an itch I have to scratch.:sigh:
