A couple of years ago I purchased a pair of Aerial Acoustic 8 speakers. I don't think I will need another pair of front main speakers for the rest of my life!

Any other Aerial Acoustic owners here? What ya got???

Aerial Acoustic 7T here. Great speaker, along with fantastic fit and finish. They are my fronts in the HT/surround system.

Oh..those are nice speakers, Bud. I listened to a pair locally and was ready to pull the trigger but the price did not meet with the wife's approval. :(

A couple of months later I found the 8's for a great price and that was approved. :D

Aerial 10T owner here. 15+ years. Now doing FR duty. A great venerable speaker.

I've listened to those as well, Allen. Great speakers!

I've spent a little time on the phone with Michael Kelly at Aerial and he's a great person to talk to. Always willing to share and help. We found out we know some of the same people and then I mentioned I have a pair of ADS L880 II speakers and he chuckled having been the designer of those back in the day.

More often than not, when you call their shop Michael will answer the phone!

8b or 8a?

I had in my audio life :
6a rosewood
7a cherry
7b black
8b cherry
10t cherry

Wonderful speakers

They were originally 8's but received the 8B mod purchased by the original owner. I'm the second owner of these beauties.

Nice! they look like my 7's little brother. :)
Give them a little time to break in; if they are anything like the 7T they will need some time for the bass to fill out and the highs to smooth out.

Yup; dealer told me Michael Kelly, says 400 hours!

Damn Scandinavian drivers ;)

I owned Aerial 10T's for many years. They were a terrific sounding loudspeaker and way ahead of their time. I sold them to a friend of mine 10 years ago and they still work great. They are nearly 20 years old. Indestructible.

I remember when I bought my 7Ts my first thought was "I paid $10k for this?" They didn't sound any better than what they were replacing. Well after a couple of weeks they really started to shine, and now sound great. I am using them now to listen to the latest Led Zeppelin high-res albums released this week. Heaven.
