I just finalized my order with Mike for a pair of F502SPs in Piano Gloss Black with IsoAcoustic G3 Footers.

The Good - Not made in China, made in Scotland
The Bad - I have to wait for them to be built and shipped from Scotland to USA.

These speakers are a Birthday present from my wife and just maybe they will get here by December 27th.

I am sure glad I took my wife to the demo since she doubled my budget after hearing the SPs vs the plain 502s which we set out to buy.

Stoked for sure but now have to forget about them for several weeks.

Congratulations Mike, I ordered my Fyne’s second week of October, I’m hoping to get them sometime in December to.Good call on the the IsoAcoustic footers. I just ordered the Giaia I’s.

I know there is a container en-route now that hopefully has your pair in it. There are only Walnut 502SPs in next shipment.

Can't wait to hear what you think when they get here.
 
So I made a deal and have a sale for my beloved Clearfield Continentals. I will be sad to see these beauties go but glad to have found them a good home at a decent price. von Schwiekert made fabulous speakers even under the Counterpoint name. The buyer has been sending me Western Union deposits and was supposed to come on December 26th but just let me know he will be coming to pick them up this Sunday at noon. This all works out Fyne since they won't be in the way when the new ones arrive, and I will have 2+ weeks to forget how good they sound with no ability to A-B them when the Fynes arrive.

Current ETA is just about XMas and hopefully by or before the 27th, my Bday.

The Clearfields are gone. Sad to see them go but can't keep everything.

Doing temporary duty right now is a pair of JM Labs Tantal 509s and sounding great with the Lux.
 
Thanks Randy. Last Monday or Tuesday, the word was another week to 10 days out from the distributor. I have no idea for sure.
 
So after a good long wait, and some unexpected obstacles along the way, there appears to be a pair on a truck somewhere in or just out of Texas heading to PA.

ETA is the 19th if all goes as expected.

I am also ending up with a pair in Walnut and not the originally ordered Black. :yahoo1:
