There is always lots of Bose Bashing all over the place but I found an instance where there was a positive outcome.
I have some friends who like to listen to music but have no interest in quality gear. Almost every house they have, they would install cheap in-ceiling speakers and use mass market gear.
They could never understand my obsession with gear or my home setup and would always say they can't really tell the difference.
Just recently, they purchased a new Audi. My friend started to tell me that since he got his new car, when he listens to music he can actually tell what the words to the songs are and that he could never really make it all out in the past.
I peeked in the car and at the speakers to find it was an all Bose setup.
So for all those that are not pro Bose, there is actually a place for them to convert those from No Good Sound to Pretty Good Sound.
Now he says he understands my obsession and looks forward to hearing my setup again so he can take notice to things he thought did not matter in the past.
