Thx for the pictures Allen! Looks like pretty good representation in that show this year. Certainly a lot of "audio candy".

Nice writeup, Myles. Agree so of the rooms sounded better Day 2, in particular the Naim room. Friday it sounded congested and boomy to me, Saturday it sounded a bit more relaxed and musical like its big brother in the Vac room.

Picked up the Groove Note LP before it ran out, too.:).

Thanks Myles and Allen. Allen your pictures were great. Is Photograhpy your other hobby?

Great writeup and summary, Myles. I particularly liked the Vac/Focal room. And I thought the High Fidelity/High Water Sound room was very good, too. The latter featuring a full loom of cables from our very own Jeff Whitlock!

Allen,
Was the high water sound room the one with the verity parsifals and tw acustic? As a verity user, i'm curious to know how the new parsifal redesign sounds.
Thanks to you and Myles for the pics,
Chris

Hi Chris,

Yes, the Verity Parsifal Anniversary were singing in that room. Very engaging room with Jeff Catalano playing DJ. Someone asked him to put a CD on and I think he had to figure out how to work the CD player... :). The Audia Flight stereo amp was a gentle beast and the TW Acustics GT SE TT was really sweet.

Here are some pics from that room:

Myles. DO you recall what mono block amps were being used with the VANDERSTEEN 7'S in the picture you posted ?
