I haven't used the L1 for awhile. I just connected usb to computer but the L1 hard drive is not showing on desktop. I've tried 2 usb cables and powering on and off. Front light flickering and small bottom front light is red. Small right light is not on. Any other suggestions? Thanks

I sold my S1 and in transit the two bolts which connect to the board somehow vibrated loose. The purchaser needs to pull the top of case to reconnect the bolts, but is finding it impossible to do so. Any hints on getting this case top off? I know it's meant to come off. Thanks
