This from CNN sorta says you are wrong and in fact China has reduced some of their tariffs. ???? Who knows if it’s true tho considering everything.

As a consumer- have prices in general on audio already gone up or are they waiting till the tariffs go into effect for that particular country?
From the headlines- most tariffs got a 90 day moratorium. Is that reality - I have no clue.

I agree - manufacturers won’t do anything drastic like moving plants across the world until things settle down.
Only where they already have plants will they increase/decrease production.
Somehow the media is mostly ignoring the strength of the dollar discussion and that’s as important to prices as the tariffs.

Tariffs are a tax - and as all taxes, us consumers pay them in higher prices. Just like taxes on USA businesses- us consumers pay them in higher prices.
Why is it ok for other contries to use tariffs on our products and that hasn’t caused a world war but if USA has tariffs then a world war...
