So 2019 will be my first time to attend a hi fi show. I noticed in the EXHIBITOR'S manual that no photography is allowed in general areas unless permission is granted by show mgmt... and that no photography of an exhibitor's booth/room/display etc is allowed without exhibitor's permission. Now I understand if everyone were to bring a huge DSLR it would be a problem. But what the heck....?? I don't see any really specific camera rules for attendees.
I would imagine a quick photo here and there in general areas would be acceptable...and in exhibitor areas too, especially with permission...? I really don't see why they think photos would be an issue.... Yes I realize there os an official event photographer for the show mgmt marketing purposes...
