Sweet looking cars. On both I would blacken the door handles, lower them and on the Grey one replace the chrome lug nuts with black ones.

George, that's a great idea on the black lug nuts. I'll have to do that. The door handles, I would want to have them anodized or powder coated if I was going to do that.

I'm not sure what my brother's plans are for his, but I have lots of plans for mine. Some kind of low key lip spoiler for the front, a 2015/16 Nismo rear spoiler, lower it on Swift springs (1.2" front, 1" rear), 20mm wheels spacers front and 25mm spacers rear, move the rear tires (245/45-18) to the front and get some 275/40-18's on the rear, ported/polished upper and lower intake manifolds, long-tube cold air intakes, bored throttle bodies, keep the stock exhaust manifolds (they're actually equal length headers and flow extremely well), high-flow cats, 2.5" X-pipe and mid-pipes to match up with the 2.5" axle-back exhaust I have showing up tomorrow at work, light-weight flywheel, a Tomei limited slip diff, and a good ECU/dyno tune.

Stock crank hp is 332 (about 284 at the wheels). Doing all of the above would put me around 420 crank hp, or roughly 370 whp.

Of course, I'd upgrade the brakes to slotted/drilled rotors, stainless lines throughout as well as the clutch line, and Carbotech carbon brake pads.

WOW! Going to be a kick ass ride! I have a project car and will let the cat out of the bag when completed in a couple of months or sooner. :D

When it comes to cars (especially really good ones), I don't mess around. ;)

Can't imagine what you have up your sleeve with your project car.

Since my last posting here, I've done a few of the mentioned mods above. I got in and installed the axle back exhaust. A couple weeks later got in and installed 20mm wheel spacers front and rear. Also, ordered and installed functional fender side repeaters to replace the stock blank ones, and OEM Nissan GT-R map light lenses and GT-R start button.

And just a few days ago I ordered a hand made carbon fiber front lip spoiler, just what I was looking for. Very low profile and low key. It's being made right now and will be shipped straight out of Japan, about a 4 week wait.

And pics of the lip spoiler I ordered. Only about 3 of them state-side, mine being one of those 3!

Looks great! Is there a video of that particular exhaust sound?

While there's still some cosmetic work to be done, it handles like a dream and the 1.6 liter four banger will pin you to the back of the seat if you've emptied the cargo bay. For me, this baby dances on the knife edge of performance and practicality.
