Lets see some pics of Pass owners great Pass gear!

Just unboxed and placed these for the second time...thankfully I have an elevator .

They went back to Pass for an LED replacement last Monday and a quick check-up to make sure it was just a faulty bulb and nothing more sinister. Pass shipped this Wednesday afternoon and I got a call that they were arriving today...that's what I call expedited service. AND, they threw in box of Robert Silverman's Mozart SACDs! I would have obviously preferred not having a bad bulb but I appreciate their efforts at getting these things turned around so quickly.

After letting them power up for a half hour or so, I played a track and I'm speechless again for the second time. They sound phenomenal and I simply can't believe the realism. Rather than listening to a superb recording...I'm actually in studio. Incredible is the only word I know to describe them.

Anyways, a few pics. I'll throw more up once my rack situation gets squared away.

Talk about service. Awesome. Congrats on getting them back in the system.

Congrats Mike! I bet you're glad. Joe is right. Terrific service from Pass!

As an XP 10 owner,I know that Pass Labs has the best service of any company I've ever dealt with !!

Mike, what happen to your xa-150?

Looks like a faulty LED light when bad/weak and Pass' great service wanted to check the amps fully for any other problems. Seems like Michael is very happy.

Sorry didn't know who this Q was directed to and then lost track of it.

Joe is correct. I had a dimmer blue LED in one of my meters. I was pretty sure I heard no sonic difference and was told by Pass that it was near impossible to have them match perfectly (I think they initially thought I was OCD). When I sent a pic to my dealer and Pass, however, they changed their tune and wanted to replace the bulb and check if something else was causing the dimmer bulb. I had a UPS freight truck in my driveway the following Monday. Pass replaced the bulb and wanted to monitor it for 48 hrs. It was shipped two-day to me afterwards. No insignificant thing as the packaged boxes weigh 540lbs. I couldn't be more pleased with the expedited shipping...the bulb, I expect to be replaced on amps at this price point. I would've been more than pissed if they said live with it it's not a big deal.

Amen!

I'd go crazy without tunes.

Sweet pics fellas!

Howard: are those the magico cups under the spikes or something aftermarket? It could just be the reflection off the hardwood but they look different. If they are, how do they sound?

Good eye. Those are actually the same cups that come with the Sound Anchors - they have some kind of synthetic fibers on the bottom so they can slide around. I'm keeping them there until I finalize the position of the S5s, then I'll switch to the stock Magico cups. :)

I've tweaked the speaker position several times since that photo was taken. And I haven't listened to the S5s on any other cups, so I have no basis for comparison.
