Hello, just saw this.I love the Pacific! Very mature sound and analog sounding. I agree with a the rave reviews.
Jerome,
Was hoping you could provide some background on a French firm... Advanced Acoustics, specifically their, “ a10 Classic 10 model Integrated” amp. Can’t find any reviews anywhere. It looks like an interesting piece of “kit”, and very reasonably priced. Was thinking of adding this in one of our secondary systems. If no actual reviews of this specific model, how are their other models in terms of general sound quality viewed? I realize these are not very high end products based on pricing, but do they offer decent quality for their asking price?
Thanks.....

Forgot to mention I also purchased the dual power supply. According to a review I read the dual power supplie boosts the performance of the Discrete to Premier levels.
Hi

I was wondering how you were enjoying the MSB Discrete? Are you satisfied? I’m kicking the MSB tires so to say, so just seeing how others are enjoying theirs ...

Look at a Mojo Audio server. Single ended is around $5,500. I love mine. I see little difference between it and my friends twice as expensive Aurender A10. Its is superb with internally stored music. Great via a nas. I use HQ Player instead of Roon. You can get Roon to make it easier till Roon crashes.

Mojo has excellent support. Ben answers the phone. His tech dials into your server and can modify as you desire.

It won't upsample well as its designed to run with little power and quiet. What it does excellent is play back my WAV files via USB to his Mojo Audio Mystique V3 dac that is about the same price and far more musical than the 3 comparatively priced dac I owned before it.
Hi,
I hope you don’t mind me contacting you. I have posted a few times on the forum, most recently about changing my ARC Ref40 preamp to the D’Agostino Momentum HD (which I did!). And haven’t looked back.
I now have a potential opportunity to move from my Magico S7 to the M6. I have heard the M6 but not in my home system. They were amazing though.
I was wondering if you have anything you can share with your experiences of the M6’s and if you ever heard the S7’s as a comparison.
Many thanks
Marc.
Btw my amps are the M400’s using Transparent cabling throughout. Front end is DCS Vivaldi full stack.
Jim. Ultrafast (ed) is starting a business im involved in. Were adressing everything before the receptacle at your rack. Why don't you get on a 3 way call with us for fun. Maybe we can help.

You must think I'm someone else. I'm Rex. Seattle. I see you around. Thought I reach out for no real reason.
Yeah, its hard to say when folks only provide minimal info and no context of use.
I think Vutran is full of it. He said he returned the Ether Regen. Sound like he may still have it.

He wont talk about the Ansuz. Makes me wonder if he ever heard one.
You still use the V-5xe. I'm looking at a used one. Have you owned enough gear to know if it's accurate. Reproduces sounds true to source. Live like. Not stereo sublime.
Thanks
Rex
You ever hear the V-5xe. A guy wants to sell me one. I like tubes.. KT77 is a good sound to me. I enjoy accentuating true sound of horns, piano, violin. Not looking for a stereo sound. I want an accurate sound.
Thank
Rex
Hello! Sorry about the long delay in responding I never noticed your message!

To make a long answer short, the T2 is neutral. I thought it was bright at first, realized that the problem was my amp. I replaced the 509X with a Vitus RI-101 and it was like putting a new subwoofer in the room, same speakers. I actually recalibrated the 11As to balance the bass, since I hadn't gotten around to it after our move. What preamp/amp do you use?

Highly recommend the T2, biggest bang for the buck (and streaming reliability) I have seen.
Hi Al
It’s Steve from sound insight.
We are expecting the Lampizator here in our show room in the next few weeks I do have some questions about servers for the system so maybe you can give me a buzz I would appreciate it. 516-695-1798 thanks Steve
Mike, for a while now I get the following vBulletin message whenever I sign in. I still get in, but have to sign in every time now. Of course, I do select the "remember me" box. Here's the message: Invalid Redirect URL (http://www.audioshark.org/)
