When I press the pump no fluid dispenses. There is enough fluid and I can hear the pump in operation and the tube is not crimped.

Close the hose with the clamp. Per the instruction manual:

VERY IMPORTANT POINTS

ALWAYS KEEP THE DRAIN HOSE IN THE REAR OF
THE MACHINE SEALED. NOT DOING THIS WILL
ALLOW WASTE FLUID TO BE SUCKED INTO THE
VACUUM MOTOR.

THE TYPHOON MUST BE GROUNDED, DO NOT
TRY TO BYPASS THE GROUND USING CHEATER
PLUGS, ETC.
IT MUST BE GROUNDED!!

--and--

4. Keep the white hose clamp shut when cleaning records.

Thanks for the info Mike.

I do have the clamp closed in the back but I did not keep the clamp on top closed when I wasn't cleaning records. Any Idea what I can do to fix the issue?

Thanks!!!
