Your year in gear 2013 and What are you look for in 2014 upgrade ?

In 2013 I added my first turntable- a Pioneer PL-530 and changed nothing else in my system.

For 2014 I would like to get a few things for my TT, start building a record collection, build and run my speaker wires, wire a dedicated outlet, mount my TV on the wall, and possibly get a new preamp. I'm not sure how much of that I will accomplish as I've had the stuff for the TV, speaker wires, and outlet for a few years. I just never have the ambition to crawl around under my house to run the wires. :facepalm:
 
It was a pretty simple year for me.

-The Sooloos MC-200 was added to my set-up and eventually relegated the MS-300 to my whole house system.

-The Transparent Opus SC were auditioned and never removed from my set-up.

-The SME 20/3 replaced the Pro-Ject 6 Perspex.

-The McIntosh C-2300 took over the pre-amp functions from the Meridian 808v3 and the Pro-Ject Phono Box RS boxed up.

-The C-2300 was replaced by the Ayre KX-R and the Phono Box RS put back into service.
