A friend of mine had a Yggy and got rid of it rather quickly. Too bright and clinical for him. He moved on to a PS Audio DSD, then an Metrome Hex before settling in on an Aqua La Voce which he loves and says is very analog sounding.
I think that the Yggy is a polarizing DAC if you read all the user reviews.
The Hugo Chord and my Luxman DA-06 are warmer sounding and my Luxman is still rated a Stereophile Class A plus DAC.
If you are running HQ player and can do DSD 512 then take a look at the T&A DAC8. Very detailed and true to life textures at DSD512.
