YG Acoustic Anat iii vs. TAD Reference one

Which did you like more and why the TAD or the Alexandria V2? I know a loaded question.

John
I was looking for that soundstage that you only get from a large speaker. As I probably will not be moving my set-up to a larger room I knew that the Alexandria's would be much easier to tailor to my room. That is why the Ref 1 was not in the final cut.

Yea not a lot big speakers out there to tune to a room.

Don't be sorry. My ears are very happy with my MSB set up at this point just looking for a bigger speaker. After going from the B&W 802D'S, PMCIB2, Hansen Prince V2, Tannoy Canterbury SE and now the Django my ears and wallet realize that I'm looking for my final speaker not my final amp yet.

Fair call, good luck.

I like both of the TAD Reference speakers. Very engaging.

The times I have heard YG in various rooms at RMAF over the years I was never impressed. When I heard them in Singapore a few years back with Pass Labs gear they sounded great.

+1

My vote the Futura they sound as good as any other high end speaker, by far one of the most beautiful speakers. I have about 200 hours on mine and they get better and better, don't get me wrong as they are they sound dam good.
