XLR AES/EBU or RCA SPDIF or BNC SPDIF

Just curious, how many of you digital guys primarily use either the XLR AES/EBU or RCA SPDIF or BNC SPDIF connections to your various DACs/Transports/devices?

Of the one you do use the most, is it due to convenience or sound quality or both?
 
AES/EBU between the music server and DAC is my current preferred solution.

Yes it is. Look at the image of my Bel Canto e.One DAC3.7vb. See the green ST glass fiber.

Mark - it's generally accepted (and recommended by BC) that the ST connection as far as their components are concerned, using either the RefLink or the MLink is the preferred way to go for superior sonics.

Interested in hearing your impressions w dac 3.7 upgrade? I currently run 3.5ii directly to Passlabs xa30.8. Thanks for your consideration. I am new to audio shark and couldn't email you directly.
 
For a period of time I had both the Lumin and and AMR DP 777, I use ethernet of course to the Lumin, but used BNC to the AMR from the Lumin through its digital output with fantastic results. In the end, I could honestly hear no difference between the Lumin S1 and the AMR 777se. (except no music with a dsd file of course with the AMR)

I loved the AMR and was really surprised how well the S1 performed. I kept the S1. As to the subjec, the BNC connection was great.
