There are times when I think about how awesome it would be if Wilson Audio were to release a modernized Watt Puppy 5.1. Drool...

I don't want to sound like a jerk, but some Wilson designs look like robots.

No WAF whatsoever. but I do like the Alexia!

thanks Paul. Have to say the Alexx's I heard last week were in a stunning Leboutin red color. however, my colleague thought they looked like a stack of microwaves lol. when i owned Sophias, some thought they were aliens. i've always liked Wilson aesthetics, but this hobby is sometimes too funny.

I have never been a huge Wilson fan but today at the show the Alexx driven by Doshi were stunning. It maybe just me but the tweeter today was more right than I recall in the past. Anyone one else got a view on the Alexx tweeter? Is it different than David has used in the past? It was spectacular.

They are using their new silk dome tweeter instead of the inverted titanium dome of the past.

Thanks. I really dug that room with the Doshi amps and tape. The Alexia's in the Dag room also seemed better on top than I ever remember from Wilsons. I see Dave's stuff in a new light with that silk dome. Very impressive move on his part.

I think the Doshi gear also really helped in that respect with the Alexx's. Tape sounded best as a source. The Doshi tape preamp has EQ which helps.
