Wilson Benesch!

I have auditioned the Cardinals. I found them to be a bit clinical but that may have to do with the amp. It was Siltech Saga series. I did not get the rich bass I would expect of speaker at this price point. Quite good looking, and seem to be very heavy and tall. It took two guys to move them in place.

Yes! I have used the ACT in my system for several years until 2013. They are superb speakers, very coherent. The ACT mates well with good SS IMO.
I've gone to tubes and moved to a Verity full range.
Benesch show in europe and asia often with CH Precision. The Torus "sub" is very highly regarded. Benesch is less well known in NAmerica and that is a shame.
 
I haven't had the pleasure of hearing/seeing them, would love to hear a pair of magnepan 20.7's with the Torus Infrasonic Generator.

I had a local friend with the Wilson Benesch Discovery and Trinity. They are one of the most aesthetically pleasing speakers I've seen (carbon fiber exterior) and I really liked the sound of the Discovery. Very non fatiguing and with high resolution.
