Whole House Music with U1

Trying to figure out if there's a creative way to get whole house/synchonized music with the U1 in the mix, which is my living room source. Sound quality is not a big concern, as I'd probably in this case just be streaming Pandora.

I have Amazon Echo's elsewhere in the house I use for this on occasion if those can be worked into a solution, but I'm also willing to use something else.

Grouped playback is indeed possible using Roon if all devices are Roon Ready. However, since different DACs have different latencies, it is quite possible that the synchronized timing precision may be less than perfect.
