Once I get my MC7300 amp problems resolved and or replaced. For my ML1'S. I want to replace my B & W CDM 7 speakers. I like the sound of the McIntosh XR100's. And the Vandersteen 3A's & the 2Ce's. They will be powered by my MAC6700 receiver. All of these are in my price range. Any suggestions ??? Thanks in advance for the help.:S

I have the 2CE Sig II right now but want to get the Mac xr100 in the future that wil be driven by my MC601s although the Vandersteen 3A Sig is not a bad speaker specially with your MC7300

Thanks M2wason. Still kicking around ideas to revamp my systems. Maybe I should get my Bozak Symphonies out of storage. That would upset the neighbors. The Bozaks will bark.

This may sound crazy, but when I auditioned Vandy speakers a few years ago,including the 5's and 7's, the 2ce's really stood out to me. Really good sound and a great value.

MDP....Got a pair of B&W CDM9NT's off ebay for now. They made a big difference along with the new Transparent cables. Thanks for your input.

I own the MA6600 Integrated and for the last few years paired it with 2CeSigII.

They were very nice speakers, but due to TWF * and size, I elected to move to a smaller footprint. I ended up with the Bryston Mini -T (3 way).If space is a consideration, a very nice "up front" speaker that sounds fantastic with my MAC without breaking the bank.

* The Wife Factor.
