What kind of espresso/coffee are you drinking

I was wondering if there are any coffee/espresso fanatics who would share their best brews,technics,or tactics to make one of life's finer beverage!
I use Sergio's organic espresso blend.You can get it at Fortuna Enterprises.18 grams ,pulled for 26 seconds will rock your world.For coffee, i use Francis blend
I make coffee in a french press.55 grams with produce 60 ounces of ecstasy.I let it steep for 4 minutes.
The roaster is Nassi , and he can custom blend just about anything.

I lately have been trying a Brisbane company's beans called Simply Beans http://www.simplybeans.com.au They would have to have some of the nicest beans I have tried, period & have won awards nationally & internationally. For the brewing after I grind, I use a stove top & then make bulletproof coffee with butter & coconut oil in the blender.
