What Isolation do you recommend for under my amps?

54 pound Ayre solid-state monoblocks, sitting in an open cabinet. I currently have 4 of the cheap-y rubber and cork square jobs.

I don't want to spend a fortune.

One thought was I could move the IsoPucks - which I'm happy with - I have under my monitors to the Ayre's, and put Orea's under the monitors. But interested in what others have done with good results and not having spent a huge amount $$$.

If you have something you're interested in selling me for a good deal go ahead and PM me

Put Orea's under the amps as they were designed for gear and the Iso-Pucks leave under the speakers as that was their intended use.

I ran across these at AXPONA and picked them up as a new product line after the show ended. We integrated them into my system at the show and it offered substantial improvements. Their product line is fairly broad too so if you already have an amp stand, you can just get something like the Apprentice Sistrum Platform.

Their approach is not isolation or vibration reduction - its vibration management. Their objective is to redirect the energy of a component/speaker to the ground.

Lol. Thanks, that was helpful....

not a believer in isolation footers for amps I take it...? How come? It seems many others are. Me? No idea really. Not having stuff vibrate seems solid.

Are your amplifiers sitting on your loudspeakers?
or
Just how load do you play your music?
