What are your MQA finds today?

Great in MQA but I will buy the vinyl as well.

Just checked on Tidal and didn't see this album in Masters?

Not sure whether that is due to a difference between the US and EU catalogue. I am living in Europe and this is what the Masters selection returns (6th album):

I will check to see if it is available in the US when I get to my 2- channel room. Also a reminder the Tidal Masters listing in Roon or via the Tidal app only show a curated list of ~450 of the 10,000+ MQA titles that are available at this time.

I looked it up on Tidal through the artist and only saw the non-MQA version. Ms. Gardot has a lovely voice and is from my hometown (Philly). I just assumed she was French.

I just did the same thing, via Tidal NO MQA . Searched her name albums found the non-mqa version and searched the artist herself and no mqa.

That is quite surprising.

This is a new album by a popular artist, so it is unclear at least to me why Tidal would offer the MQA version in the EU catalogue but not in the US.

PS: I even checked whether my DAC indicates it being MQA and it does.

Sorry, I don't use Tapatalk like others here do, so I don't have the great screen shots. I am a big fan of Fourplay so my favorite MQA recording so far is "Silver" and the separate MQA's of Bob James "The New Cool" and Nathan East "Reverence" and "Nathan East - self titled"

Thanks for sharing, great recommendations.

Pictures are by no means a must, so don’t worry [emoji3].
