What are your MQA finds today?

Absolutely delighted to find my favorite recording of the Magic Flute in MQA.

White the interpretation is stellar, I did not find the recording quality equally exquisite.

Excellent Karajan conducted Beethoven symphonies with the Vienna Symphony Orchestra. I guess they are not considered maybe the world’s best classical band for no reason.

Despite only 96K really good SQ too.

Superb album, I do like his music and interpretation. Singing has a bit of a Joe Cocker touch to it, but smoother.

Bass articulation on the MQA version is just great.

First my attention was drawn to his interpretation of Brandi Carlile’s “Josephine” on Cover Stories.

He first caught my attention when he opened for Brandi Carlile a couple of years ago at the Royal Oak Music Theater.

Interesting, didn’t know there was this kind of connection. I just felt his interpretation of Josephine is even more intensive than the original.

For the electronica fans and bass-heads among us, also latest Yello albums now in MQA.

Give a pre-warning to the municipality, you will want this loud.

Nice, Herbie Hancock in 192k MQA, just love Cantaloupe Island.

His band is not too shabby either, featuring Freddie Hubbard, Ron Carter.

More Hancock, Hubbard, and this time Dexter Gordon joining in.

An absolute gem.

Kuoppis, Great finds, most Audiophiles don't have systems that go down to the infrasonics. I think MQA of Toy much better than the non MQA version. Camile's new album has a lot of sub bass.

I agree, MQA brings nice improvements in the Toy album.

The live 2017 one is also nice.

Latest Rhiannon Giddens album, a strong performance.

Also quite nice low bass, if your system is up for it.

Cool trombone play paired with nice soul beats, and Shorty is on vocals as well.

A bit reminiscent of the Northern Soul type.
