Miles Davis - In a Silent Way

...all I have to say is this is brilliant! The preface to his full on electronic fusion faze heralded by Bitches brew, this is much more understated with an ambient electronic vibe and just great music. Love the laid back electric guitar vibes by John McLaughlin and the groovy foundation laid down by Dave Holland on Bass. Atmospherics provided on electric keyboard by Herbie Hancock and Chick Corea with Joe Zawinul on organ as well. John McLaughlin underpins the gig with his electric guitar rhythms and Wayne Shorter and Miles Davis delivering their mesmerizing and hypnotic solos. This 2002 reissue (24-bit digital remastering) sounds really good. Great tone. Space galore.

Big thumbs up.

Nelson/Bob...I like it all :D Trance/Techno/House, Rock, Blues, Jazz, Oldies...it's all good :D

This BR sounds very good. Much better than my Queen's Greatest Hits CD.

Bought this CD for Radar Love. The other songs are decent, and will probably grow on me as if I play it more. The CD is a remastered import, and sounds pretty good. At least the ripped files do. I haven't played the actual CD.
