There are many. This one is a clear choice.

Belafonte Sings The Blues is another good one.

I have the Clapton Unplugged on CD and LP and even though they're both probably from the same digital master, the LP is much more you-are-there.

The great but underappreciated Dan Hicks & The Hot Licks LP entitled Where's The Money is live at the Troubadour in LA. It's full of witty original songs; run out and get it now. The only reservation is that all the singers are clustered stage left. Don't let that stop you.

All who search for best sounding / clearest live recordings, check BRIAN MAY & KERRY ELLIS: "THE CANDLELIGHT CONCERTS - LIVE AT MONTREUX 2013" Blu-ray + CD set.

I find this live album incredible. The bass sound is stunning.

and the liner notes are very interesting;
When the audience is so close to the musicians, a synergy occurs. The audience becomes part of the music making and help spur the musicians on to great heights.
The musicians feeling the empathy from the audience dare to take chances that one rarely hears in a studio recording.
The recording conditions were not ideal. The doors in the back of the room were opened several times by people trying to squeeze in, making the sound from the espresso machine in the hall and the DJ playing ambient music in the garden faintly audible at the beginning of each set. Later halfway through the concert the windows of the room had to be opened for air. The DJ turned off his music but he was immediately replaced by the sound of birds singing.
If listening closely one can hear them, chime in, in the quiet parts.

Listening to Cowboy Junkies, Trinity Sessions right now. Excellent recording. They recorded this about 10 minutes away from where I live in a beautiful church.
Great album. BTW it is a live recording. One take I believe.
Listening to that one last week. I have Cd/DVD tried the DVD was quite impressed. Did anyone know the lead male singer is in a wheel chair.

A live recording I have always been impressed with is Gerald Veasley - At The Jazz Base. Gerald Veasley owns the club called The Jazz Base and naturally plays bass guitar. This recording is excellent. The instruments are well recorded and the audience noise, laughter, clinking glasses are kept muted so as not to be distractive from the superb performance of this group.
