OK, anybody in the Southern Tier region of NY State ? I understand some spots around Binghamton got 36" plus .....:celebrate008_2:

Only about 8" at my place in SE Pa , frz rain and sleet kept the totals down, regardless heading out to play with the snowblower :celebrate008_2:

It missed us in Sarasota. Partly sunny and 64. No reason to play with the blower... :D

about 10" here... no need to bust out the snow blower.

friends are always asking us why we still shovel our drive + walk -- to which we reply: "because we can!"

:D

My brother still lives in Portland Me. I spoke with him yesterday and he was disappointed that they were only getting 5-6".

When I lived in Me. we were always disappointed when there was a chance for deep snow and it didn't happen.

Wind blew some leaves off the tree today here in Fl. Guess I might need to rake them up, or not.

Hello,

Wasn't too bad in Southern NH...I would guess about 12-14" or so where I am at. Thankfully the wind held off and it was a lighter, more powdery snow than the other recent storm.

Stay healthy and safe all,

C

I have family on Binghamton. I received a text from my cousin after the storm.

39”, 6 hours to clean out the driveway. We have the Jeep clear, can’t find Diana’s mustang.

;)

Craig, being from western NY I've experienced my fair share of those storms. One of the most noteworthy was the Blizzard of '77, 30 & 40 ft drifts. Having your cousins Mustang buried is one thing, we actually had an entire train buried !

No doubt you have many such encounters with Mother Nature. Losing a rail car has to be near the top of those stories though!

Went Nordic skiing today on 22 inches of fresh powder. Skied 25 KM, I’m bushed. First time out this winter. I have to build back up my stamina.
