It's a phablet with a thin round edge. It obviously wasn't designed well for jean pockets. Perhaps they will charge triple for the next titanium model...
 
Couldn't you just buy an otterbox case (or similar) if you were that concerned? I don't remember ever having my phone without a case anyway.

Even Gorilla Glass, scratches. Don't believe what they say. Always apply a screen protector too.
 
I have a cool Y3 man bag that I bought in HK after nearly losing an iPad on a flight. Was lucky to get it back with some persuasion. So nowadays I don't leave home without my trendy man bag.
