Vpi rocks!

Add Shunyata to the list. When I broke my Triton they had UPS pick it up at my house, repaired it in a day, and shipped it back to me. My total cost; $0.00.

I agree - Shunyata ROCKS. I asked them for a replacement cover for my Triton because I scratched it and the service was very impressive.

You break a lot of stuff, don't you, Bud? :)

I was one of the best QA engineers in the computer networking industry. :)

This was back when I had my Aerial Acoustics as my two channel speakers, one dedicated 20 amp circuit, and everything (source gear and amps) was plugged into the Triton. One night i am playing it loud and the circuit breaker on the Triton tripped. After I reset it, it would start buzzing as the Pass amps warmed up and drew their idle current. Actually, it still worked, but the buzzing annoyed me. Shunyata fixed it, and it has worked fine since.

As a network engineer myself Bud, I completely understand the process of breaking things and learning from that lesson. :D

Mike, thanks for sharing your recent experience with VPI support. Glad you were treated well.
