If you use the UAPP Android app be advised the latest release has the ability to stream to UPnP capable devices like the Lumin streamers (see the Cast setting). I have been using it in beta for the last month (providing feedback) and it works great now with my Lumin U1 Mini. The best part is that Davy has programmed it so that if you turn bit-perfect off, UAPP will send the audio through any and all UAPP DSP processing you have turned on (such as Toneboosters PEQ add-on) and then send the DSP’d output as 32-bit WAV to the renderer (this only works on my Lumin, and not the discontinued renderer I have [Oppo UDP-205]).
Gapless also works flawlessly (by the way, the Lumin does gapless perfectly with any control software I have used: mconnect, Lumin app, and now UAPP; thanks Peter Lie for such solid implementation of the UPnP standards).
Cheers,
Mik3
