Hey Skip, thanks for your response!
My 845 amp (Bel Canto SET 40) is on the other side of my space driving some Trenner & Friedl Ella's. I'm sure the MasterSound you must be listening to right now blows it away.
My more intimate listening space where I now sit consists of a KT120 amp, a 300B amp and a 6L6 (I think) amp, driving either Quad ESL's or Trenner & Friedl Art's. Also included over here for nostalgic purposes are my vintage monster receiver (Yammy CR-3020) and integrated amp (Technics SU-V9), both restored. When I turn on the vintage, I'm using them to drive Klipsch Heresy's, IMF Super Compact II's, JBL Decades, or Kef 103.2's. Ah, to live in a free country and have so many choices.
In my third listening area, down here, I have Pass Labs Aleph 0 mono blocks and the First Watt J2 driving Linkwitz Orion open baffle speakers.
Finally, there's also a home theater down here, where I'm running the Andrew Jones-designed Pioneer S-EX series (S-1EX floor standers, S-2EX for surrounds and the matching center channel, all with TAD drivers including beryllium tweeters).
But this is the music forum, so back to some Dave's True Story's homage to Bob Dylan album (Simple Twist of Fate is to die for; Kelly Flint's voice is oh so coaxing, a siren calling me home)!
