I would suggest to try and get the chance to hear the top 2-3 candidates in your home as the final stage of your journey together with your speakers of choice.

This is crucial to get your impressions validated within the right context (= the unique characteristics of your system and home).

Markus i see that you carry Audionet in your store, are you familiar with the Audionet Humboldt ? and how would you describe the sound compared to the Vitus 030 and the CH I1 ?
Is it worth it's €42K price tag ?

The Humbold is on it's way here soon. Physically and conceptually I do believe it can justify the price tag in relation to the competition.

yes yes YESSSS!!!!
i had amps in the 100k+ league and have heard basicly everything of the best seperates.....the humboldt combinies all of theyr quality and "beats" everything.
it does make fully content and on top it delivers thrilling exitement.
best unit i ever bought across the whole highend spectrum. soundwise and also pricerelativwise.
needs a ot of brek-in time, 5- 700 hours. it is the first perfect amp on the market imho
 
Wow this is amazing guys, i'm very psyched to audition this beast.
This one has been on my shortlist for a while, looks like it's the ultimate integrated when you don't want to bother with separates.
Would love to hear it paired with Borresen 03s.

Devialet D1000 Expert Pro is the best I have heard. I compared it to many very high end separates before buying my D250 Pro and nothing I heard offered the same seamless power, total transparency, liquid quality to the sound.

I own one, but I don't think it's the best because I own one. I own one because I think it's the best. ;)

I agree with you, the Devialet is very good. Wish it was more powerful

My 1000 drive my Wilson Benesch ACT One Evolution with ease and can take them to earth shattering levels without breaking a sweat eventhough they aren't the easiest load. Most normal people perceive it as too loud at -40Db... in a 30sqm room.

What makes you think it lacks power?

My room is over 100sqm ceiling is roughly 8 meter
I listen to large orchestras and prefer louder amp, however I didn’t find anything better.

I’m trying to listen to Naim 500 or similar system but my lic dealer doesn’t have it on demo.

Speakers are Y.G acoustics

I started with the original Devialet and stopped with the 800

Upgrading from 800 to 1000 isn’t cheap but they redesigned completely the hardware for the first time since the original Premier (I started there also).

To my ears it’s now as close as it gets to a perfect amp.

I don’t know whether it would answer your power needs, but it may be worth trying.
 
Please don’t!

I had the Nu Vista 800 and couldn’t stand it. It did have some good qualities but the tremendous amount of sibilants was painful to my ear. I wanted to love it but I was unable to listen to it, sadly.

Only consider it if you can demo first.
