Even with tubes that need to be replaced (some tube rush), this is the most musical preamp I have had in my system. Even better (more at ease and less smearing on low notes, zero harshness or sibilance) than my ATC-2. And that is just first listen thru constellation amp.

just curious, i have a buddy who swares the airtight cartridge is nearly unbeatable, ive never heard one. and a dealer friend who lives far away tells me the same thing. do you have any experience with it since you like all their stuff and obviously have a dealer near by?
