Tidal hooked me again

Bud, my hat off to you Sir!

I also see you gear is absolutely up to date.
Respect!

If I reach that age, I'll try to follow in your footsteps.
Thank you!

BTW, I’m not too old to learn. I just ordered an audiophile grade network switch after hearing what upgrading from my old Linksys switch to a new Cisco can do. The switch is a forgotten component that’s crucial.

Projectman.......Thanks for the additional information. I wouldn't mind the discounted monthly subscription fee, but my DD-214 has my social security number, date of birth, and my service number on it. I won't be providing that information to Tidal under any circumstances.

+1

I don't remember giving them my SSN. I can only remember Name, service number and years of service.
I didn't get a DD-214, I got a DD-217 MC and there is no SSN on it. Even so, I don't think I sent them a copy of it.
Why not see if there isn't another way to sign up?

Leatherneck.......When my 90 days for $1.99 "welcome back" hook ends I will see what they are asking for to qualify for the veteran's discount. I wouldn't mind providing my service number, name, and years of service. Beyond that, NOPE. I will see how it goes when this promotion period ends. Thanks for the feedback.

Just make a copy of the DD-214, redact the SSN from it and send it to them. They don't want your SSN, they are just making it easy to identify you.

Not sure about other states, but in CA you can have "Veteran" added to your DL, its what I did because like Dan I don't like passing my DD214 around. I made a copy of my DL, redacted my DOB and DL# and Tidal was fine with it.
