System update photos. I have replaced the metal rack I had the amps on with a custom hardwood platform that I handcrafted from solid Leopardwood in my woodshop. It grows in South America, Chile, Brazil.

I recognize that system !!

Hey George, new to the 'Shark Tank' but you know I'm not new to Logans !

I've handcrafted these dampening blocks out of solid Leopard wood as its nature being hefty in weight provides good dampening properties for the lids on my Pass amps. I've seem to hear a bit more organic sound with fantastic details. I used my CNC machine to rout out the logo and cut out the shape and then I applied several coats of satin polyurethane finish.

Here is a short vid of the CNC machine at working for this project.

Nice work there George, you have a CNC at home?

Thanks Dan, yes. I have a side business providing CNC service. I have a small woodshop on my property.

Ahhhhhh, makes sense! Woodworker myself as a hobby, have all the major tools but no CNC. Don't have much time to do that anymore, although my sole customer does make frequent request for furniture

Sure Paul, I can do that for you.

Opps, this is the correct site....

Thanks that's very nice of you to even say that :). Well when you are so boring...have nothing to do ....let me know :)

Of cause it's ASC. What is the size if you don't mind asking ? I just talked with one guy from ASC and realized I have to spend $3000 at least get two traps. Heavy shipping charge as well to Canada :sigh:

Great work George
Want to sell one? I would look great on top of my new X150.5 that's on the way.

I've upgraded JRiver v19 to v20 about a month ago and find it has better SQ. Play back sounds more natural & smooth. Another words a more organic sound. How sweet it is! :D
