Check out the latest issue of Absolute Sound Magazines 2014 High End Audio Buyers Guide.
The last page lists The 35 Greatest Bargains in High End Audio and the Bryston BDA-2 DAC is among the 35.

No arguments here. I heard the BDA-2 at a friends and kept saying, "again, what is that DAC?" Very musical. As for the 28SST2 - a real home run. My question though James is WHY do they sound so much better?

Its the little tube hidden in the output stage!

Congrats James! I continue to be very happy with my BDP-2. This is also a bargain component.
