Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable holiday.

We have 2 - 18 pound turkeys brining. Going to smoke them tomorrow. My wife is making pies. And we have our wine fridge freshly stocked. Picked up a case of 2016 Jordan Cabernet that I plan to dive into.

We are so screwed in WA, so I made it a win win for an untypical Thanksgiving.

I sent and picked up ready made meals at a top notch restaurant close by that cant have patrons dining in and struggling like all restaurants and hotels here. $65 a head, paid $100 to help the people, ordered 6 plates - wife has not cooked in some time, she’s happy.
