Thank goodness Tobian's are back....

I've had several speakers in and out of the system lately to listen to.

And while they each had their positives, I am SO GLAD the Tobian 12FH's are back in the system.

I LOVE THESE SPEAKERS.

What do you like with the Tobians vs the Piccolos

Completely different sound. The sound from Clarisys speakers I really like and generally prefer over more traditional cone driver speakers..

For me though my heart is in low power tube amps with horn speakers. It just connects with me on an emotional level.

Were I open to different amplification, the Clarisys would permanently be in my home for sure (I would do the larger one as I have a huge room and sometimes really want near concert-level sound).

Having said that, I've always maintained in my dream set up I'll have two completely different kinds of speakers to rotate between. I'm still aiming towards that goal.

Can't unhear the difference they make once starting to play...but as said many times - if I had possibility space in the room and finance wise Clarysis with appropriate electronics would be the second set to rotate the systems
