The Absolute Sound’s Illustrated History of High-End Audio is a monumental homage to the innovators and trailblazers who left lasting impressions on high-end speaker design, as well as those who continue to advance the state of the art today. The influence of their remarkable achievements not only impacts contemporary loudspeaker design, but also permeates hi-fi conventions like T.H.E. Show Las Vegas. Each page in this*beautiful, 320-page hand-bound book with 621 photos is the size of an LP and is a must-have piece in any audio enthusiast’s collection.

Richard Beers, President of T.H.E. Show, said, “The Absolute Sound’s Illustrated History of High-End Audio is indeed a beautiful accomplishment. This debut volume is richly illustrated with rare archival photos of high-end company founders, their workshops, early products, and even includes the latest in cutting-edge modern speaker design.”

Not only will numbered, limited-edition copies be available for purchase at the release party, there will also be hors d’oeuvres, beverages, and a panel featuring many of the major contributors to the book, including Editor Robert Harley, Publisher Jim Hannon, Jonathan Valin, Neil Gader, and Alan Taffel.

The release party is a great opportunity to have a firsthand look at the only book to feature exclusive new interviews with the founding fathers of high-end audio, never-before-seen archival photos, profiles of over 60 of high-end’s most influential loudspeaker manufacturers, and much, much more.
