LolWe were going paperless years ago. Paperless has proven to actually add to the printed paper usage since data implementation is of course going up. Every and all data that is "paperless" has a printed paper backup. I have been involved in many many of these projects. When was the last time you went to the doctors and they did not print out many pages (a lot more than they did 30 yeas ago)?
