I was a bit hesitant to purchase my T+A gear only because it doesn’t have a strong presence here in the States. I had a minor issue with my MP3100HV. I contacted the U.S. distributor, David. He was incredibly helpful, and informative. A really nice guy also. We took care of the issue, updated my firmware, and had a very pleasant phone call. Overall, one of the best consumer experiences I’ve ever had, solving a problem.. I think the gear is fantastic, and now that I’ve experienced the terrific factory support, I highly recommended the brand.

Agreed. David is awesome. Just wish I could get more traction with the brand. Everyone loves the look and sound.

this was my 100% exact experience in dealing with technical support staff in germany. i would also not hesitate to recommend the brand on all fronts.
 
Mike, David and I discussed the new marketing efforts the company is investing in here . The products are also getting some fantastic reviews in many of the audio mags. I feel they’re putting a lot of effort into growing the brand....

Penthouse - thanks for the information - all this time I was thinking I would have to return the equipment to Germany for any issues. I have the PA3100 HV and the PDP3000 HV - beautiful and incredible units.
 
Should your unit ever need physical work, they have a service center in Atlanta , and I believe another on the west coast. If I remember correctly.....
 
I highly recommend T+A. I too was concerned with service and simply things like a firmware update (which they have assured me is not needed). If they have a West Coast center also I would love to know who.

I have read several really good reviews. I really would love to see the brand get a lot more traction here in the States. It is such great gear!
